WHAT TREATMENT PROGRAMS DO YOU OFFER?  We offer two treatment programs a 6-week program and a 3-week program.

Do you accept insurance at Brio-Medical? Brio-Medical does not accept insurance or participate with any insurance plan, as well has chosen to opt out of Medicare/Medicaid. However, if you have an insurance policy with out of network coverage, we recommend a third-party insurance billing service that may be able to help you secure insurance reimbursements. The company’s name is Medical Bill Gurus, and they do free insurance policy evaluations to evaluate insurance benefits for all of our patients.  For more information click here.

What is the cost of treatments? The Cost for the 6-week program is $38,000 and the cost for the 3-week program is $24,995

Is there a Discount if I pay in full? Yes! If you pay in full for 3-weeks of treatments at time of arrival you will receive a $1,000 USD discount.  *Note Discounted cost breakdown $24,995 – $1,000 = $23,995 USD

Can I break the payments up over time? Yes, payments can be broken into 3 or 4 weekly payments depending on wither you are on the 3-week or 6-week program.  Payments are due on the first day of each week of treatments. The payment breakdown is as follows:

6-Week Treatment Program:

Week 1 $10,000 USD
Week 2 $10,000 USD
Week 3 $10,000 USD
Week 4 $8,000 USD
Week 5 No payment needed
Week 6 No payment needed
Week 7+ $5,000 USD per week or $1,000 USD Per day

3-Week Treatment Program:

Week 1: $10,000 USD
Week 2: $10,000 USD
Week 3: $4,995 USD

What if I come in for the 3-week program and later decide to change to the 6-week program? You can change to the 6-week program at any time.  However, when you do you are required to pay the entire difference in cost between the two programs.  For example, if you came in for a 3-week program and did the pay in full price of $23,995 and then decide to change to the 6-week program you will need to pay the full difference of $14,005 which takes your total payments from $23,995 to $38,000.

Do you offer refunds? No, we do not offer refunds for unused treatment days. However, any missed or unused treatment days can be rescheduled for a later date.

What is the cost if I need to be treated longer than 3 or 6 weeks? The cost for treatments after week 3 is $5,000 USD per additional week.

Suggested Dress Attire

What should I wear during the treatment? We recommend loose clothing, like sport pants and shirts and no jewelry, if possible. During treatments the doctors and nurses need easy access to different areas of your body (i.e. to the port-a-cath). Ultimately, we would like you to feel as comfortable as possible and we will do our best to help you feel that way.
