Waldenstrom’s Macroglobulinemia

Only about 1,500 people or less are annually diagnosed in the United States with this rare condition. Waldenstrom’s Macroglobulinemia is a subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma, a cancer of the lymphatic system which plays a critical role in the immune system. This disease may begin and spread nearly anywhere, though the bone and bone marrow are the most common sites of metastases.
